Breathe
Get in touch with your subconsciousness
I invite you to join me on an extraordinary journey that I myself began in 2022.
My name is Asia, I like dachshunds, I am a mother and partner, I love colors and nature, I am free.
Breathwork came along when I was in a very difficult moment and is completely changing my professional and private life. It was such a groundbreaking experience for me that it led me to where I am now. Namely, I became a breath trainer in order to give others the opportunity for the healing I experienced myself. I would never have even thought before that through the breath, you can reach a connection with the subconscious.
This connection is so profound that it can boldly be compared to psychedelic experiences leading to the healing of our traumas and beliefs.
I paint paintings and create incense on a daily basis, but breathing workshops have become my mission.
I help people find peace and an inner voice that guides them in a deep connection with the subconscious. Each successive session allows us to reach deeper and deeper layers that our mind and soul hide.

The history of working with the breath
The breathing session is safe for most people and significantly affects the body, state of mind and emotions. However, take special cases where it may not be advisable. There are certain circumstances in which certain breathing practices should be avoided. Be sure to consult with your medical specialist before attending a workshop, especially if the following description applies to you:
Pranajama
Breathwork has been known since ancient times. The oldest science of breathing is the Indian pranayama, translated as “extension of vital energy,” control of what is independent. Pranayama is a key concept in yoga. Breath flows through the body during wave motion. And the reciprocal respiratory impulses and muscular tensions affect the posture of the body and mind. Depending on the length and type of breath, we can activate emotional and healing processes in the body.
Holotropic breathing
The fascinating story of breathwork was taken up by a pair of psychotherapists: Christina and Stanislav Grof – creators of the concept of transpersonal psychology. Stanislav Grof was a prominent psychiatrist and a pioneer of research with the use of psychedelic substances (LSD) in therapeutic practice, at a time when LSD was an official drug. He practiced his science initially in Prague and later continued his research in the US at Johns Hopkins University and the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center. He used psychedelics to treat neurosis, addiction, and also treated depression in terminally ill cancer patients. The progress he made using LSD on his patients, he summarized by saying that a few sessions supported by the psychedelic substance, produce results similar to several years of therapy, and may even be more fruitful. Unfortunately, his research was drastically interrupted by a change in the law that outlawed LSD. But his persistence and the support of his wife Christina, who was already practicing breath work by practicing yoga, turned into the development of a breathing method that transports to altered states of consciousness without the use of psychoactive substances. This is how holotropic breathing was created – a psychotherapeutic technique that activates internal healing processes.
Breathing by Wim Hof's method
Another extremely inspiring figure who has made his mark in the field of breathwork is Wim Hof – also known as “Iceman.” Dutch adventurer who combines controlled breath work, cold exposure and meditation in his method. These three pillars allowed him to climb Kilimanjaro in two days while clad only in short shorts and boots. His record-breaking ice bath was 52 minutes. Wim Hof’s breathing practice improves the body’s performance and definitely improves mental well-being. His breathing method is based on the Buddhist practice of tummo.
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork - breath of the elements
Concept created by Giovanni Bartolomeo. Elemental Rhythm was my first such a strong experience in working with the breath. After the first session, I decided to open up to other breathing methods, I took part in various workshops and schools. I experimented to learn in depth the secrets and possibilities of breathwork – working with the breath. Eventually, I returned to Elemental Rhythm and completed the coaching course, earning my certification(https://www.elementalrhythm.

Contraindications
When working with deep breathing endorphins, which are natural painkillers, are released and other chemicals enter the blood. The spectrum of experiences can vary greatly, depending on our individuality, intention and preparation for the session. When working with breath our brain switches from alpha to beta and even to theta waves. It is a space that gives access to the subconscious and allows to return to the deepest memories, emotional scars and events that have affected our nervous system. Deepened breathing stimulates the vagus nerve-the longest nerve in the human body, stretching from the brainstem to the abdomen. Stimulating the vagus nerve has the effect of leveling stress and regenerating the entire body.
