How to Burn Herbal Incense?

The incense is formed into a wand. Light the tip and let it catch fire briefly. Blow it out and let the herbs smolder. Make gentle sweeping or circular motions to spread the smoke, then place the wand on a non-flammable surface.

You can move around with the smoldering wand to cleanse yourself or your space. It’s best to carry a stand or plate underneath to catch falling ash.
