Natural Relaxing Incense – Properties

Polish meadows are full of extraordinary herbs, and it is often said that the plants your soul and body need most grow closest to your home. What herbs are growing in your garden?

This relaxing incense is woven from alfalfa, mugwort, lavender, and chamomile – four soothing, heartwarming plants. Together, they form a natural blend that promotes rest, better sleep, emotional cleansing, and gentle aura renewal.

  • Lavender – deeply relaxing and calming.
  • Chamomile – brings love, self-compassion, and serenity.
  • Mugwort – protects and purifies energy fields.
  • Alfalfa – associated with prosperity and emotional well-being.

Length: approximately 18 cm (+/- 2 cm)

Note: Each incense stick is handmade. While the blend of herbs remains the same, the shape and color may vary due to the natural form of plants.

Slavic Smudge – Herbal Wand for Relaxation

Scientific studies show that burning natural incense can eliminate over 90% of airborne germs. For centuries, herbal incense was burned in sickrooms, homes, and sacred rituals to promote healing, cleanse the air, and restore balance.

In Slavic traditions, plants were seen as bridges between the visible and invisible world – used to protect, purify, and bring blessings. Relaxing incense is a beautiful way to unwind, ground yourself, and connect with the ancient wisdom of the earth.

How to Burn Natural Incense

Light the tip of the incense wand. When the herbs catch fire, gently blow out the flame. Let it smolder and release fragrant smoke. Move the incense in slow, upward or circular motions to keep the ember alive.

Place the stick on a fireproof ceramic or metal dish. If you’re walking with it through your space, carry the base underneath to catch any falling ash. Set an intention before beginning – whether it’s peace, love, or clarity – and let the smoke carry it through the air.
